I also wanted to share with you a layout I created for some much needed therapy! I used this week's GORGEOUS color palette from The Color Room

This is a layout of my Cousin Jadyn, she and my youngest daughter are only 12 weeks apart. We don't get to see her much, but her closness in age has created a bond between her and my youngest daughter. My Aunt and Grandma love to get on the phone and compare the 2 girls with me. What is so special about this layout is the dress she is wearing. Yep the dress, it was given to my Grandmaother by a friend and Jadyn used it first as se is slightly bigger than my daughter and then it was passed down to Emilee. However both girls had photos taken of them in the dress, per my Grandma's request. It's neat to see how alike and yet how different both are. I dearly wish I could be closer to her as well as my whole family, but I keep them all in my heart, thoughts and prayers.....and scrapping of course!!

Here is a close up of the flower cluster's and doily. I LOVE this style of doily and cant remember for the life of me where I purchased them......

The paper is GCD Studios and the Family title is Teresa Collins.

I mixed and matched handmade flowers along with a few Prima's and I love the look it created! A lil bling and PRESTO!

This is a close up of the upper left hand corner, I used a piece of doily to accentuate the flowers cluster, and it turned out absolutely devine!

Here is a side by side close up of my Cousin Jadyn (left) and my Daughter Emilee (right) each wearing the dress. Jadyn had her's proffesionally made and I took snaps of Emilee in her room....hence the shocking green background.

I wanted to share one more of my lil sweetie in the dress!

Hope you enjoyed my layout and the wonderful story behind it!

Happy Scrapping
XOXOX
